To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition with tags, and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

It is really well made, my only problem is the clasp for my 75 year old hands. Getting unclipped the first time was difficult. Hopefully with use it will become easier. Apart from that it is fantastic.

Sizing is a little bigger than expected in comparison to other brands. Fits loose at smallest setting. A bit more adjustment around shoulder/neck would make it perfect. Otherwise I’m really happy with the harness.
